Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Our BJJ program guides you through a strong foundation of grappling basics to an advanced set of techniques and submissions, applicable to grappling or MMA competitions at the highest level.

Because every grappling and MMA competition starts on the feet, takedowns are a major part of our program. With wrestling and BJJ influences, our judo techniques are very effective for all grappling and MMA competitions.

Strength & Conditioning

To go with a good technique, we offer S&C classes to improve your physique. The focus is on improving power that is effective for fighters in all combat sports!

The Grappling Project

The Grappling Project started with the idea of sharing an experience of training, movement, camaraderie, and physical & mental health, on our training grounds as well as off the mat. Next to our commercial activities, we use martial arts as a tool to help charity projects throughout the Netherlands. The Grappling Project aims to bring people together and teach you the allround grappling arts on the highest level, from takedowns to leglocks. Our classes are intense but open for any level.
